Question: How long does a tenant have to file a lawsuit against a landlord for disposing of tenants property. My landlord disposed everything I owned for 30 years after I was evicted and forced to leave at a moments notice. 12 days later everything I owned was discarded without any notice to me. Is ther anything I can do.
