  • I would like to enforce my divorce decree. In the decree my ex husband was to buy me out of a portion of our business. He had 2 years to buy out my portion with an agreed upon amount. He is refusing to do so. What do I need to file in order to enforce this? The business is still operating and he is employed by it.

I have old credit card debt I show last payment I made to original creditor in Oct. 2002, a debt collector is now saying the debt is from July 2003. I think that most of the HR personnel are only there to help the employer but not the employees.Dept labor should enforce that the HR employees should come from a 3rd party that will ensure everyone is treated fairly.

  • I am the non-custodial parent and currently have a parenting Plan in effect. It will be due for modification at the end of August. My question is if I wish to modify the parenting plan and do not have agreement from the other parent, what must I do and by what time. Another question, will the current parenting plan stay in effect if I do not file for a modification of parenting time?

I went to file for her BC with his name on there of coarse and the sent the paper work back to me saying the information is not correct or the same as the certificate. How so? When I do not have her BC yet?
