In Arizona when can a legally married man(woman) be charged with rape of his/her spouse?

I am filling out the paper work "application to set aside a misdemeanor" and Im not sure if I have to get a notary for my signature at the bottom or if I leave that section blank for the court. It says "Subscribed and sworn before me on this date: by:" I am not sure who fills out this section which is followed by a notary. Please advise!

My apartment community has changed ownership several times since I moved in 4 years ago. I discovered that my unit was wired to provide electricity for one of the apartment amenities that was outside of my unit. The management has fixed the problem but they are only offering to reimburse me for the time that they owned the property, about 13 months and told me that I would have to track down the previous owners for the rest of the money. Should they be obligated to pay a rebate for the 3 years that I was paying for their electricity or do I indeed need to take it up with the previous owners

I sent a maintenance request to my property management to fix my broken AC on Sunday. It's now Thurs. They are waiting for the owner to respond to getting a brand new AC unit. Am I entitled to have my rent pro-rated for the time it was broke after advising them as a tenant? What amount of time do they have to fix the problem before I can legally act?

can my landlord/property manager enter my gated back yard without proper notice. i have small children who play out in the backyard and feel that we should have our privacy when in our home but he just comes over when ever he feels like it. he does not enter the house just the yard in the lease it says that we as the tenants are responsible for maintenance in the front and back yard so there is really no reason for him to be there, he also sprays weed poison with out telling us is any of this legal.
