Question: What is the amount of time a landlordnmust give on a "notice of entering"? I have received 2 of them in the last 3 months giving on a 24 hour notice
Answer: Landlord access is governed by A.R.S. § 33-1343. Generally a landlord must provide at least "two days notice of the ...intent to enter and enter only at a reasonable time" unless it is impracticable to do so.
