QUESTIONS

  • if i have severe medical conditions that are now affecting my ability to pay my rent. am i able to break my lease if i am told by the doc that i need to move with my parents? if so what steps should i take? and if you feel like ur getting unfair treatment due to retaliation over a complaint made with corporate how do you go about handling that situation?

  • I am being evicted from my home and have court tomorrow, I wont be able to make it to court, and I understand that I will have a judgement placed against me. I have no reason to fight it because i am behind on rent. My question is, how soon after the judgement is made can money be taken from me.
