In the city of Phoenix Arizona they are allowed to charge a 2% tax fee on rent. My apartment complex charges 2.3% on every single charge on the bill. My rent is $757 and I pay $17.41 for taxes just on my rent alone. My mailbox is on site but I have to drive 20 minutes and pay $40 to pick up my mailbox key! Even though it's onsite. It's not a P.O Box. They also charge a $21 fee to pay my rent online but they refuse to let us pay any other way than online. When asked if the 2.3% tax is included in property tax the employee agreed it was. Is this legal to keep charging all these fees w/ high tax?

So quick question is there a law on how much space is allowed on the backside of your trailer in a trailer park? I have a boat that I have had stored on the backside of my trailer for six months now and the space behind us was empty but now an R.V. is moving in and my landlord is saying I am only allowed three feet on the backside of my trailer but that seems really small to me like not even big enough in case of emergency.

How gain custody of my child when I don't exist in his life by any documentation? I am his biological father, and currently his sole provider (for the past 6 months). His mother, my ex girlfriend, decided that being a mother isn't suit for her, and has told me that I can have all legal rights. However, I don't know how to begin this process of gaining custody. How do I begin? Who do I talk to? And what would be the easiest way of doing this if she's willing to give up all rights to our child?

I have had my brother in law and his wife here at my residence that I am renting for seven months. They were told repeated times to start paying a specific amount of money a month and ignored my requests. They chose not to sign a written agreement and still refuse to pay. They are not on the lease either. I want to know if I have grounds to give them a 5 or 30 day notice to vacate. And if I can mail it, as they are staying with someone else for a couple months, or if I have to hand it to them personally. Thank you
