My landlord has given my work email and work phone number out to realtors so that they are contacting me not the landlord for showings of the house., on my work contact. The realtors are also asking for same day appointments etc because they do not realize that I am the tenant not the owner/landlord. Is this a violation of my privacy? I do not want these people to call me constantly at work. I didn’t even want them to know where I work, my schedule etc. I have kids at home when I’m at work and now I have to worry that the landlord is trying to come in when they are home alone even though he’s

I have permanent guardianship of my granddaughter since 2000 she is now 13. She went for her first time out of state to see her mother for 2 weeks. When the visit was almost up she sent a message that she is not sending her back and is filing some papers and states that i can call and talk to her after thats all done. What rights does she have? How do i go about having my daughter send her back home? I researched and no papers have been filed here.can she file in that state to terminate guardianship?

Hello, my Mom remarried and passed away within 4 years. She had written a holographic will, that was notorized, and verified as her handwriting. She had notated that when/if the house was sold, it would be split amongst her children. She had also mentioned a life insurance policy in her will. This will was shown to all children and spouse. Before passing, Mom learned her life insurance was canceled. Questions: Even though life insurance is no longer available, but mentioned in will, is the will still valid? Also, does the Widow recieve portion of funds from house sale when not designated?
