  • Once approved, how do we find out how much in food stamps we will get monthly?
  • My brother who is mentally disabled, has come to live with me. What do I steps do I need to take to gain legal custody/guardianship of him from my mother who is willing to give me custody?
  • My daughter lives in Northern AZ and had a child and lived with the father for 7 years. The relationship ended with the father filing custody papers with both parents having equal time with the child. He never has paid child support with my daughter never asking for it. He has been in several relationships with women married and divorced along with moving 10 times within 1 1/2 years. Long story short, my daughter has provided her with a stable home. He has hired a lawyer, she can't afford one. She has used legal aide but they won't go to the hearing. I'm worried she will loose wo/ a lawyer.

  • I am looking for a place to live in Flagstaff. I put an ad on Facebook and was contacted by a woman with a room for rent. I told her I was a freshman in college. I then set an appointment with her to veiw the house. I saw the room and told her I would take it. She said she would talk with her sister then asked me if a specific day would work to sign the lease. She contacted me several days later and told me that her other tenants where uncomfortable with me being 18 and refused to rent to me. She knew I was under 21 before I saw the room. Is it legal to deny me tenancy based on age?
  • my house was raided for identity theft and baby daddy left meth on counter. caps was called and they took my son away. in my police report the conclusion on child dangerment was denied when investigated but cps still has my son. they only know what the police told them at the time of the incident. apparently the higher ups in police denied the allegation. I'm going to prison for years. can I still file guardianship to my mom even tho he is still in cps? we r in process of icpc for him to live with my mom but I want cps out of pic. it feels like something is wrong with this case.

  • I have had a friend that lost his home in 2007 and i allowed him to move in with me as long as he does repairs the mobile home and pays rent and utilities! He started out great fixing things around the house, but now is on disability and collects food stamps and eats all day and smokes pot, he has gotten fat and lazy and has brought a pitbull into the house that has bit a couple people and myself with my permission to have in the house and hasnt paid any pet fees and has become a bully and argues with me about heating and cooling the house He has no lease and want him out! Need help asap!
