What steps must be taken to obtain a Judicial Determination of Heirs in Arizona?

I just found out the person I married 6 yrs., ago is wanted in Mexico for attempted murder, she uses a false identity, our marriage may not be legal, she is a fraud and only married me for Immagration purposes. I went to immigration for assistance and guidance and they took the complaint but showed very little concern. I am told I should file for an annulment but I need an attorney do take care of the paperwork and file with the court. I need a domestic attorney, I dont have much funds, she has taken everything and left me in a poor financial state. Can someone recommend an attorney.....

My apt complex rented me a place that has black mold growing inside the walls and they are giving me a hard time about doing anything my neighbor has pictures showing the black mold from last March and they wont see them or do anything about it. My mother let her ex daughter-in-law stay in a rental she owns, they had a verbal agreement that it was only for a few weeks until she found a place to live. She is still there months later, has not paid any rent and will not leave. How do we evict her?

I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT SAME UNIT FOR THREE YEARS. SO, BECAUSE HUD HAS CHOSEN TO TRY AND GET A BUNCH OF PROPERTIES REFINANCED AND SWITCH TO A CONFUSING TAX CREDIT - OR PROJECT-BASED SYSTEM, I AM NOW BEING TOLD THAT I WOULD NOW NEED TO ‘earn’ 3X my current income = 3X $851.00 a month. I am VLI, formerly homeless briefly, compliant with my treatment every day since 2013 etc. I want to be grandfathered in terminable for cause only again.

I am on Arizona Workers' Compensation my surgeon has released me to a pain management doctor. My back has not improved and I have chronic pain half of the day an the other half I am asleep for the medication. I don't want to live this way I want my back injury fixed, what are my options can I ask for another surgeon.

Can my landlord tell me I am violating my rental agreement for something that is not on the agreement?

I was told I had to pay a "holding deposit" of $600 & sign a lease for a property that I needed to rent but was unable to do a walk thru in because the existing tenants were still occupying the property. I was told I could cancel at any time prior to my move in date 8/5/13; I cancelled on 7/20/13 & am being told I will not get any of my deposit back. What can I do?

If I dont show up to court when he fights to have it dismissed will it be dismissed and will it show up on a back ground check that this ever happened to him.

What is my rights? I work for a major company and while I had a temp manager they stole two of my major accounts without my knowledge and transferred them to other reps on other teams and I lost out on 1,000,000 in sales. The company has policy in protecting reps from going into accounts that does not belong to them or assigned to them. Behind my back they stole my accounts and next thing I know they closed about a 1,000,000 in business that was rightfully mine. Do I have legal rights? Our company rules of conduct / ethics and policy stAtes that no other reps are allowed to go into other assigned accounts nor other territory that is assigned to other sales reps. This all happened during the time I did not have a current manager in place because my manager left the company and the company was looking for new manager to fill that position. As I stated I had a temp manager who was not my manager. Please advise
