Answer: You can call FAA Customer Services at 1-800-352-8401 or (602) 542-9935; or e-mail at FAA Customer Service at: FAACS@azdes.gov. They ask that you include a mailing address or email address for them to respond to you at. Make sure that you have a copy of your application handy when you call if you have a copy. For any other questions that you may have regarding the Nutrition Assistance Program you can look over the website
