My ex-girlfriend and I obviously separated and have not done any legal custody paperwork with our (she is the mother) two children (ages 3 and 1). The boys constantly stay at the house that I own and never go to their mothers. She only sees them at my house for the 40 hours that I work per week and that is it. Their addresses (including the mother's mail) all come to the house that I own. She has now grown upset and wants to take the children to some long distant relative in Colorado just because she is angry. I do have the 3 year old enrolled in a local Prescott Valley school as well.

I live in a condo and I rent from a management company. I was given a visitors pass for when I would have guests over. Recently there has been parking violations on my fiance's car and said it will be towed. I have nothing in my rental lease that states that I can not let guests park at my place of residence. would this warrant me to break my lease and not lose my deposit? I can not have any guests? or the car will be towed?

The father of my 18 month old son decided to break up with me recently and am very upset because of the breakup. I asked him to give me time before i could be able to allow "visitations" (nothing has been done by court yet). he doesnt want to respect my decision and is threatening me with calling the police if i won't let him see my son. Can he do that? can i file a protection order to help me "buy time"? can i be the first to contact the court so that i am able to stipulate the custody and parenting time terms?

The apartment that I moved out of says I owe them money for a variety of things when I moved out. They charged me to paint it, but when I moved in the walls were already dirty with spills and stains. I have pictures to prove it when I moved in. Also, when I asked for a copy of what I am being charged for, the information was not accurate. It says they did all the cleaning and painting in the middle of the month, but I didn't move out until the last day of that month. Do I have an argument worth pursuing?
