I was arrested about 7 months ago on a DV charge. The case was completely dismissed and I never got charged, yet the arrest is showing on my record. I'm going into the medical field, and I'm worried about not getting my license or a job. What do I need to do to get the cleared up or whatnot?

I am a widow who remarried 5years ago in June of 2010 my spouse has not worked steadily for the past four years and not at all for the last three years. He moved into my home when we met and things started getting bad right after we got married I told him I wanted a divorce and he told me to go ahead and file, that he can stay living here in my house for 2 years after I file legally.  I do have a prenuptial agreement. Is this true?

I wish to file for a divorce. My wife left the country with my daughter. Do I use the "with children" or "without children " packet since the judge does not have child support jurisdiction here? I do not know the whereabouts of my daughter at this time. Thank you.

My child was given another childs bottle at the daycare/gym after which he contracted an illness. This resulted in a $1200 bill. The daycare/gym needs to be responsible for this. I am needing guidance on how to file a claim against them to have them pay this or re emburse me. They are ignoring me.

I am going through an eviction brought on by a foreclosure of my property. The writ of restitution is being sent today to the process server as the attornys handling the eviction are in Maricopa county. My question is this; will the paperwork be filed on Tuesday next as this is a holiday week-end or can the process server actually file the writ on a Saturday? I am just trying to see how much time I have as I am in the process of vacating anyway.

I am a disabled Veteran receiving Disability Compensation. I married a foreign national who continues to live in her country with no intentions of relocating to the United States, nor I to her country. I have submitted an application two years ago reguesting she be add to my disability compensation award as my spouse which would increase my award amount. Recently, in a conversation with a VA REP via telephone I was advised my request would be denied as my foreign born wife does not have a SSN. I have never heard of a claim being denied for this reason, is it true?

My child do want to go back after her weekend visit, cause she is having mental issues and is scared of her father. But he got custody of my child. Do I half to make her go?

How can I request permission to move counties? I currently live in Maricopa County, wanting to move to Pinal County with my children and fiancé, but not sure how to receive permission from judge or other parent. Is it possible to be told "No" and we have to stay here forever?

My mother is 92 and a new neighbor has recently befriended her. My mother lives alone and about 450 miles from me and refused to move in with me.I became ill and could no longer care for my mother.Family members flew in from other states to help but I lived the closest.I just became aware that my mother has been changing her financial doucuments with the help of this new neighbor.I found her writing and printing on these documents which contain my name,address,social security number.She helped my mother take my name off.She was acting as her legal guardian.My mother cannot hear or see very well and cannot drive anymore.I called this neighbor up and asked her want was going on? She said she was helping because I abandoned my mother.My mother has two medicare nurses a week that assist her and I have a licensed/bonded agency that can take her to doctors and shopping.When I called this neighbor she called the local police and said I harassed her.I tried to tell the officer on the phone that I may be the victim of identity theft and she may have copies of personal information but he said his concern was only about a phone call and didn't want to know anything else.Again,I live 450 miles away.She took my mother to the funeral home where my mother has made her arrangements and had my name crossed out and her name put in to receive my mother's ashes.I don't know what she was up to but it is all very suspicous.Is ther anything I can do? The only things missing so far that I can determine from my mother's home are clothing(which is mine)and some small items.
