Can you apply for a job as a CO in a prison/jail if you have gotten a set asside?

It's my time with my kids but my ex who has primary custody has bed bugs am I legally able to not take them during my time untily ex gets rid of them so I don't get bed bugs too?

 6 days ago my daughter was removed from my care, no complaint of abuse or neglect of any kind was made. She was removed from my care due to the fact that I have a diagnosis of PTSD. Once I was diagnose with that I enrolled in counseling. I have been doing that for 7 months now every week. My psychiatrist and therapist both state that I am not a danger to myself or to my child however CPS claims that she cant in my custody. No legal action has been taken, nor have their been any court orders, but they claim that I can only be with her under supervision and cannot spend the night with her.

What is the process i need to take to get visitation with my grandson. What papers do i need to file? Do i need a lawyer?

When a spouse passes away and has debt in his/her name only, like credit cards, and or contractual obligations for satellite services or cell phone service that charge fee for early termination, etc.- is the remaining spouse responsble for that debt and fulfilling contractual obligation?

My 85 year old mother passed away suddenly on May 25. 2013. She had a lease and a security deposit of $200.00. The apartment complex has suddenly (after 3 months of attempting to get it returned after perfect walk through results) decided that I am not able to get any security deposit. Also, refuse to return my extra monies paid to stay for 14 days to remove my mother's items. I was assured that all of the money would be returned to me but now that they have a new owner, they state that they will not return any of the money that they agreed to return to me. AZ law states that they were to notify me within 14 days if any problems with refund with her security deposit or they have to pay double the amount back. Is this applicable in this case? I have continuously attempted to contact them regarding this issue and I finally got a bunch of passing the blame answers and this is three months late.

My husband got a divorce in AZ to his ex. She remarried military so they move quite often. The youngest child (both in mothers care) is now living in a different state than her mother and is not emancipated or 18 yet. She is either living with her step-dad (against divorce agreement) or own her own. What steps need to be taken to enforce mother's responsibilty of child custody? Dad has custodial custody currently but the child went to live with her mother due to domestic violence towards me. Mom is in WI and child is in NC. Any help would be greatly appreciated to straighten out this issue.

Would I be able to get visitation of my two children if they live in a diffrent city? They live with there grandparents and there mother live in the same city I live in.

I filled an application and put $200 down for a deposit. I told the complex I wanted to move in. I was involved in a car accident and I received a call the next day saying I had to be in the office by 6pm to sign a lease. I asked if I could come in the following day. The complex told me no. I asked for my deposit back. Initially the complex stated they would give me a refund. But a few days later the apartment manager noted I was not going to receive a refund. I have not heard from the complex and I would like my $200 back. Is there anything I can do?
