  • I am 17 & 7 month. I have been living with my uncle, my mom was charging me $400 a month because I am pregnant (my son will be born in 2 months) and I haven't been living with her since June she gets food stamps and a social security check for me. She doesn't care where I live but she gets all the benefits and I know I'm going to need as much help as I can get the & only thing she cares about is the money. My uncle has helped me more than anyone I was wondering if I could get emancipated given my age and that I've already graduated high school

I NEVER PULLED CASH OUT BUT I DID REFINANCE A FEW TIMES AND PAID OFF OTHER SMALLER LOANS AND CREDIT CARD YEARS AGO.
  • I live in a rental apartment. The microwave oven door fell apart and when I called to have it repaired I was charged for the repairs which cost more than if I had replaced the oven. There are also fees that were added on for community amenities that were not listed in the lease, such as community electricity and common gas, and valet waste and waste management. ?Can the apartment complex charge me for these even though they are not listed in the lease?

We brought this to the attention of the management company with full details. They sent out a person to "visually" inspect for surface mold, in one room. This person left indicating the issue was from a single cat. We obtained our own air quality company and paid for results ourselves, the results came back with several mold types in home and "Black Mold" was one of them. Management company not responding to addressing problem. Help???
