  • We found we have a lien on our property from12/22/06 and it should have been removed but it wasn't and now the company is out of business so how do we go about removing it never went to court on it it supposedly for a bond to release my son from jail on 12/22/06 recorded 01/05/2007 bt we find no court record that my son was in jail those days I have already checked all his criminal records and neither me or my wife remember this transaction

  • I am looking to purchase a mobile home on a rented lot. The mobile home has a shattered sliding glass door and the swamp cooler is not working. Are these things the landlord is required to have fixed before I purchase the home? I'm not really concerned about the swamp cooler as I own window units, but concerned about the door. The glass was completely shattered on the mobile side of door, presumably by previous tenant who was evicted.

  • My mom told me I was an authorized user on her cc i use it and I pay it. She passed away. And I continued to use it and pay it . I never gave it a thought until one time I went to pay it and they won't take the payment. Now I have a letter telling me the whole amount is due and it came from the fraud department!!
