I had a DUI in 2005. I thought everything was done. In 2014 the court issued a warrant for my arrest ( I found out because they suspended my concealed weapons license ) .I called the city court and they said it was over a DUI in 2005. I went to court , and the judge said I did not do 36 hours of alcohol treatment. I had receipts for traffic school, MADD school, level 1 school . The attorney I had, when I called him, said that a retired judge was going back thru all the DUI cases because Tucson was broke and was trying to get more money from everybody. Is this legal after 9 years?

If I signed a one year lease with a landlord and now a new landlord buys the property, does the new landlord have to honor that lease? Or can he tell me to leave? Does he pay my security deposit or does the old landlord pay my security deposit?

My husband and I rented out a low income apartment. Over thanksgiving weekend we arrived home to a termite tube hanging from the bathroom ceiling! After calling on friday we were told by thr front desk employee that maintenance and a "foreman" would inspect the unit on Monday. We went to check monday morning to ensure this was the case, and (once again) its as if nobody knew about this issue. We were told we would have to wait for decembers monthly pest control services. We recieved a renewal notice due by the 15th. We cant afford a new complex. what are our options..?

My ex-wife and I are going through a divorce and currently we have temp orders for our children. We currently have 50/50 shared joint legal decision making. The orders state supervision around her sister at all time. This is because of a drug issue. I initially filed for 50/50 and no visitations with her sister. My wife asked for sole custody. I feel it is in the best interest of the children to not be around her sister due to the drug problem. How will a judge look at this because her sister is not the one I am divorcing, but she is already in the temp orders and the kids are around her?
