Own home, 22 years lot renter, eviction granted, stay negotiated, payment plan for court cost granted but noticed on bottom it says if we can not show proof of reinstatement, they can process with writ, manager has previous lease and said she would change the 1 yr. to 6 mo. Which was our new agreement but instead has added more fees and a few other things that don't fall under law and wants me to sign it before she gives it back which now I haven't the proof that she reinstated me..., what do I do? Lease is not originally up till Jan'

Both parents share 50/50 custody but one of the parents resides in a different state. The parent that lives in Arizona is awarded all Holiday Breaks, including spring and summer break and the other parent has the child for school year. Due to the COVID19 both parents do travel to/from set location agreed upon from the court. Now when its time for parent in AZ to exercise their parenting time, what can be done? Will the parenting time be voided due to one parent lives in another state? If the parent can't come with compromise, what should be done if Parent in AZ wants to exercise parenting time

We are senior citizens. A bank is offering us a home loan that we assumed was fixed interest-the rate dropped a fraction, even-then I happened to notice an unfamiliar phrase with a tiny checked box-'demand feature'. I looked it up: the bank can demand payment, calling the loan, at any time without giving a reason. It said that some states prohibit that practice. Is Arizona one? Calling the loan could destroy us and force the property into foreclosure.

my apartments told me today (may I add this is the first I heard about this )that the reason I couldn't get my rent paid or excepted was due to I was getting evicted for supposedly having another person living in my apt not on the lease which is not true... then they proceed to tell me I needed to be out by the next day I didn't even get a phone call or letter an they know I work out of town this time they moved per 3 hours away.

My work did not pay me for two weeks instead they give me $40 loans that I had to pay back. I paid back one. But for my last check they cashed it without my permission took the money I owe and give me the rest in an envelope. I want to know is it OK for them to do that?
