  • I was assaulted twice by another tenant ,once in October 2017 and once in February 2018 after walking my dogs ,on a leash, and tenant's bulldog charged after my small dogs,she threatened and hit me on both occasions and pulled a gun on me in second assault...police say they are still investigating though a video shows she hit me and she admitted to striking me on first assault.Manager has do e nothing to this woman except for a warning and stating to me this woman says she is moving in the future. seeing how the second assault was foreseeable ,past assault, can complex be held liable

I have become aware that the HELOC bank, *****, has not written off my loan yet; this is preventing me from purchasing another home, which I have under contract. Q: Should a HELOC be considered "settled" with a foreclosure or can ***** the bank still pursue me for the unpaid loan amount (+$100K)? I am waiting to hear from *****, but they are extremely slow to respond and this could cause me to lose a potential new home! :-(

  • I work in outside sales. For a number of years my employer has deducted shipping costs from my commission for all accounts outside the metro area. Recently they have begun deducting the % of $ credit charges cost from my commission as well. They deduct this before my paycheck is cut. For example they show me a spreadsheet with my compensation as $7000.00 -500 shipping -500 cc fees (and sometimes other deductions) = $6000.00 since these fees are deducted can i write them off on taxes and is this even legal?
