  • I currently am renting a home. I allowed a woman and her 2 children to come stay a few weeks with me when she became homeless. She is not on the lease and does not receive mail here. She has become very violent towards me and my children so I want her to move. What can I do? When I called the police to escort her out he told me he'd arrest ME for trying to make her leave with her children. What can I do to get this woman out of my rental home who is violent?
  • Put a deposit on a two week rental in Dec 2016 for March 2017. Now I am being told the agreement cannot be honored and my deposit will be refunded. Is this totally legal?

  • I emailed my landlord and gave him a 30 day notice and he emailed back and accepted it. Now he says I have to pay another month rent and send a certified letter stating when I am going to leave. I have all the corresponding email even the one where he is trying to intimidate me. my husband retired from the marines and had to leave for another job in WA State and we had to stay behind because he is making us pay another month or longer. Is this legal
  • I bought a car and I made a mistake on buying it and the dealer won't take it back after a week. I am disabled and Deaf and I believe I was being coerced and the payments is too high for me to handle. The cost of loan is 23,000 and payments is 361.00. The trunk is too high for me to put in my walker. I have contacted the Attorney General with no luck. The blue book value is 12,000. I saw an ad for the 2017 car same as mine for much lower at 13,000. Please Help me.
  • A girl was staying with me for 2 months and I never drafted a lease, she threatened the domain of my home as far as personal property is concerned and was completely insubordinate whether it be cleanliness, punctuality so on and so forth. In the end I kicked her out. What legal right if any is in her favor? To my understanding she was never a legal tenant so I would think almost next to none.
