how do I apply for assistance with bankruptcy?

I'm writing this for my brother-in-law. His son has power of attorney and he cannot get a copy. How can he get a copy and isn't the power of attorney written for a specific time frame and specific event?

If get married are the children that are not mine biologicaly still covered under AHCCCS OR are they covered under my insurance

My dad and neice have lived in a rental condo for years together , they are both on the lease, recently she has stopped paying her portion of rent and has stopped working and even let her boyfriend move in without my dads consent. My dad has been stuck paying all of the rent that he can't afford. The manager of the condo complex said there is nothing they can do. Please tell me how we can get her evicted out of the condo and her boyfriend to. Thank you

My father in law had a stroke in April of 2013 and has been unable to pay his credit card debts including a home equity line of credit through State Farm. He owns a home here here in Phx but has since been relocated to be with other family members in Napa, Ca. in a group home. He receives his usual SS benefits and a small pension of $120 per month, he is also getting his aid and attendance from the V.A. The problem is this, all of his benefits go to his care and he is unable to pay his credit card debts. Since he is no longer living here we are paying his house payment along with the State Farm home equity line of credit since that is like a second mortgage I believe. My question is how do we keep the house in the family and eliminate his credit card debt? which is probably around $20,000. The house doesn't have any equity in it or if it does, it's not much. My 22 year old daughter was arrested along with her boyfriend. They have a 2 year old child together. They were aressted for battery in the 3rd degree. My daughter spent 5 days in jail & the boyfriend spent 38 days in jail. With them being arrested, my grandchild how no where to go but with me. She is still with me & I don't know where the parents are. I have talked to my daughter a couple of times sense april. I asked her to give custody to me sense she Iis homeless & can not take care of her child. She refused. She did sign a notery so I could be able to take my grandaughter to the doctor

My friend has a friend who is losing her house through foreclosure. She paid an attorney $8,000.00 for assistance, and the attorney hasn't helped her in any advice, in over a month. Now she's worried that someone from the sheriff's Dept., is going to lock her out. She has 3 pets, is now broke, has no place to go, and all her belongings are still in her house. Can she request the sheriff's Dept., to give her an extention, until she can find a place to say, and to put her belongings somewhere else? And if so... how long can the extention be, at most? She lives in Phoenix, Az. Thank you~

Landlord was notified about roach problem. Landlord hired pest control services. Three months later, previous pest control services had no effect. Tenant notified landlord. Tennant hired own pest control services. Pest problem going down. Today, water heater caught fire and now needs replaced. Cause of fire is most likely the roaches. Can Tennant break lease legally and without reprocussions or have rental payment returned?
