My late husband suffered from Alzheimer's Disease when he borrowed money and signed documents that deeded his home to another person. That person refuses to return title of the home to my late husband's estate even though the loan was paid off in full. What are my rights?

I am sending this for my mother. My dad left her his retirement to her but nothing else. She has about $25,000 in credit card debt (they bought a vehicle using a credit card with a 2% interest)and has an income of about $4,277 including retirement, veterans benefits and ss. Everything was fine until ill health made it impossible for her to live alone. She sold her mobile home, put the $$ in savings and moved into a senior apartment. She has recently moved into a more expensive assisted care living. Her income is enough to pay her rent but we still have to pay her $600 a month credit cards bills that my dad left her with. She only has about $1,100 in saving so either she files for bankrupcy or she just doesn't pay her credits cards anymore. She does use her credit cards so bad credit will not hurt her. I am sure that her current living location will not kick her out as long as she is paying her rent. What will happen if she doesn't pay her credit card bills anymore?

My husband and I gave Temp Guardianship and then Guardianship after 2 years to his mother. The years were from 2000-2004 that she had our children. Since June 2004 the children have lived with me. That was Almost 10 years ago. Almost 5 years ago she passed away. At least 7 of the 10 years she has not complied with the court yearly. I want to know since my childrens father and I consented to the guardianship in the first place. Once his mom passed, would the children fall back to us? If not I need to know what papers I should file to say I'm back and I have the children? thanks so much

I have shared custody with ex husband (divorced 2005) with our 16 year old. He has had residential custody since 2011. He was abusive to our now 24 year old and has repeated physical and mental abuse with our 16 yr old. I can't afford legal counsel and live in a different state. What can be done from my current state of residence to obtain physical custody asap. The State Agency and police officers prior have stated that it's just discipline. What 200 lb man needs to choke, hold down on floor with knee in chest to discipline a less than 130 lb girl? Very smart. Honor roll student.

I am a homeowner, temporarily living and working out of state and have allowed a family member to live there rent free. She is taking over the utilities, I continue to pay the mortgage, taxes and insurance. She also will take care of maintenance and her own personal desired improvements, with permission, at her expense. My question is, does this relationship put me in a position of being a landlord, which I do not want to be, or am I a non-resident homeowner? Can you point me to state law and statutes on this subject?

I divorced in Seattle 11 years ago and my ex moved down to Phoenix with my son and I moved down here 5 years ago. He is 13 now and I have always paid child support but I have no record of it, as we did not go through the courts for this. I am getting married in a few months and want to have something signed or some document stating that I have paid child support for the last 13 years and something that shows I continue to pay directly to her every month. Is there something like that here in AZ that will protect me from her stating I never paid?

I recently moved into a apartment on 3/9/2018, after being fully moved in by 430pm on 3/09/18. by 1230am i observed that the apt just leased to me less than 10hours ago was infested with bed bugs. i provided a written notification by email informing the management of my findings and ask for it be taken care of asap. owners refused to pay for a hotel while waiting for treatment. once treatment was finished it took another 3-4days to replaced the tile and shampoo the carpet. as of today i still have a bed bug problem.. what can i do about this. its clear the apt had this before i moved in. help!
