I have a daughter who will be 16 the end of june. She wants to get married now instead of waiting. How do i go about doing this?? And if i she does get married am i legally responsible for her anymore??

We were just informed by the landlord's property manager a week ago that the landlord is placing the house we rent up for sale but our lease will still be honored. We are into our lease now 5 months. The lease does not expire until Feb. 28,2020. We have requested from the property manager that we would like to terminate our lease and commit to a month to month status with the understanding that we as well as the landlord can provide a 30 day notice to vacate. We have found a home we wish to purchase and do not to be held to commitment now that they are selling the house. Please advise. CW

If you are living in someone's home can a fiduciary just lock you out without doing an eviction and taking you to court

On 1/2/07 my husband was taken to court by his daughter's Mother for child support. He was ordered to pay the previous 3 yrs of arrears even though the mother had moved the child and had no contact with my husband for 8 yrs. In the paperwork, he was allowed to claim her 2 of every 3 yrs on taxes, but she will not give him the SSN# of the child. What can he do to obtain this information? The SSA office will not assist him with the BC of the child and his DL. What can we do?

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

Recently my ex has passed and we have a 13 year old that we shared custody of. I am not sure if I need to file with the courts or do I just take over full custody. I am her biological father and there is no one contesting me taking her.

I can't a ford a lawyer and there is no way I can repersent my self, what are my options here?

I WAS MARRIED IN AZ IN 2006 AND BECAME LEGALLY SEPARATED IN 2011. OUR FINANCES ARE SEPARATE AND WE ARE NOT ON EACH OTHERS CREDIT CARDS, CHECKING ACCOUNTS OR ANY OTHER LEGAL DOCUMENTS. IF HE PASSES AWAY AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR HALF THE DEBT HE INCURRED DURING THE FIRST 5 YEARS OF OUR MARRIAGE EVEN THOUGH HIS DEBT HAS NEVER BEEN IN MY NAME?
