My mother passed away. She does have a will and I was nominated as the executer and trustee. I am the sole beneficiary. She only has a bank account but when the account was setup nobody was on the account but her. no payable unpon death. What is required by the bank for me to access the account to begin paying for her expences? Her will did state that I shoud have immediate access without going through the courts.

I married a girl that already had a 3yr old.Because she came out pregnant from me.After a yr. of being pregnant she decided to change her sons last name to mine.We divorced after 6yrs. and she said in court I'm her son's father although we DO NOT have a father and son relationship.She lied when she filled out our divorced papers sayin we got married when her son was 9mnths. and NOT 3yrs. and about me being his only father figure.So im having to pay child support for him too.Im not allowed to see my daughter cause i dont have contact with her son.What can I DO to NOT have responsibilities over him

I moved into a new upstairs apartment unit in May 2011. It is now June 2011. Everything is great, except I have downstairs neighbors who play loud music from 1 am-5 am. The music is soft enough, but the bass is extremely loud. It vibrates our beds, floors and walls. We have spoken with the manager, who says that she can do nothing. The police have come, (twice), and are sympathetic but because it seems to affect only me (the vibration is in the bedroom below me), they don't know what else to do. Can I break my lease? More specifically, I want to change units. Can that be done?

Can my landlord/parents refuse to give a rental history? We rented from them for 9 years and the house was in a trust until they sold it without telling us. In court (over amount they owed for repairs) he admitted we never missed a payment or paid late but they refuse to sign anything or put anything in writing because they admitted they had not been paying taxes on the rental income we were paying! What can we do to get a rental history so we can buy a house or move into another rental? It's the only thing holding us back,

I am a victim of domestic violence and had to terminate my lease the apartment did the walk out and told me that you do to me putting wax on the tile vinyl they had to replace the whole entire unit and charge me over $2000 even though it did not state in the lease that I could not put any product on the floor am I responsible

I agreed to let two people live with me but they don't pay rent or any bills. I can no longer afford the bills it's them there. They were supposed to leave on the 20th. Now they are leaving windows open increasing my bills. Can I lock them out? They have not received mail.

I made a huge mistake by cosigning on a car loan for a girlfriend back on 09/15/08. She only made 9 payments on the vehicle then let it go back to the bank. It’s been almost 6-1/2 years since she made her last payment and now they’re coming after me, after all these years have gone by. I was told that Arizona Statute of Limitations A.R.S. § 47-2725 is four (4) years for auto loans. But their attorney is ignoring that and coming after me regardless. It's now October 2015 and they are coming after me for the loan amount + interest totaling $13,000 altogether. I'm retired and living solely on Social Security of $1,776 per month and two small pensions totaling $624 which = $2,400 per month. And I'm living with my daughter to make ends meet. Therefore I can't afford to pay theses people. I had an initial pre-trial conference on 10/8/15 and represented myself because I can’t afford an attorney. It was determined that there will be a trial on 12/14/15. I told the loan company in court “that I have no money and living on $2,400 per month and living with my daughter to make ends meet, and they’re still pursuing the trial date. My questions are: 1) Will the Arizona Statute of Limitations A.R.S. § 47-2725 four (4) years get me out of this mess completely? 2) I've been told and read online that Social Security income and Pensions “cannot be garnished”. Do you know if this is true? If it's true then I have nothing to worry about and won't need to file bankruptcy. 3) If I lose my case can I file bankruptcy on a judgement that's been awarded against me? 4) Can they levy / garnish my checking account where my Social Security checks and Pension checks are electronically deposited? My mother, who lives in Wisconsin, has guardianship of her minor grandson. She has been his guardian for about 7 years (since the death of his father in 2007). The minor's biological mother is living, but her whereabouts has been unknown for the same time. My mother is currently receiving financial support from the state for the minor. My mother also has to re-apply each year to continue guardianship. My mother wants to relocate to Arizona with the minor. My question is: 1.can my mother leave the state of Wisconsin with the minor?
