If I sign my rights over will I have to still pay child support?

I am looking to give my unborn child up for adoption to my uncle and his wife in another state. What steps do we need to take with the least amount of legal expenses on both our ends?

My mother passed away. She does have a will and I was nominated as the executer and trustee. I am the sole beneficiary. She only has a bank account but when the account was setup nobody was on the account but her. no payable unpon death. What is required by the bank for me to access the account to begin paying for her expences? Her will did state that I shoud have immediate access without going through the courts.

I am 74 & receiving social security benefits. My wife has Parkenson's disease and receives government benefits and she also has a small part time job. I know that acreditor cannot touch benefits given by the federal government but what is the maximum money she can earn from her part time, i.e., $200, $400, whatever in a month's time yet is not subject to being garnished by a creditor? And what is the Arizona law stating this?

I am a single mother of a 12 year old -turning 13 in less than a month- my son was born out of wedlock in Las Vegas, NV (Paternity was established) When he was about a year old, his father decided to leave. After we broke up, he then stayed in NV for a couple of months, then moved back to Mexico. My son and I moved to AZ in 2009. We have been residing here since then. Father has not made an effort to see/talk to son. He does NOT pay child support and he lives in Mexico City according to his Facebook Profile, what can I do to obtain sole custody/full decision making regarding my son?

My husband & I are legal guardians to a non relative child age 15. We have had him since he was 7. Mother's location not known. Father never in picture. We would like to transfer guardianship to our son & his wife. How do we proceed with this? The child was a ward of the state and we do receive cash assistance, health benefits and free lunch at his school and would like that transferred to our son as well. Can a disordely conduct with a weapon charge be set aside? It was reduced to a misdemeanor once I completed probation. I was told it was a non-violent crime by the courts.

Dad lives in Tucson, Mom moved out of State. Dad has primary custody. Dad wants to take daughter to Sierra Vista for a couple of days, Mom objects, saying he needs her permission. It's about 65 mile drive. Does dad need her permission everytime he wants to take a short rode trip within AZ? Thanks in advance.

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? Where can I go to get more info on the net?
