My ex mostly has custody of our four-year-old boy. She quit her job the same week we went to court and then got hired back once child support was determined based on her not working and living with her cousin. Now, her green card has expired. She did receive a temporary extension to March 2015. She received her card through a fraud marriage and lied to immigration about her address, of course all this was found out through court. If she does not get her card renewed can she legally take our son to Mexico and continue to collect child support as she continually threatens to do?

I recently moved out of a rental home 10/31, my understanding is the landlord has 14 days to either return your security deposit of supply a document showing the deductions we did not receive anything until 10/31 and it came in the form of a email not a letter, they said they had mailed it but we did not receive it and I have email showing it was clearly if it was mailed at all it was sent well after the 14 days. I am trying to understand the tenant law is it correct because they didn't comply with the 14 days I can get all deposit of the back ?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I just found out the person I married 6 yrs., ago is wanted in Mexico for attempted murder, she uses a false identity, our marriage may not be legal, she is a fraud and only married me for Immagration purposes. I went to immigration for assistance and guidance and they took the complaint but showed very little concern. I am told I should file for an annulment but I need an attorney do take care of the paperwork and file with the court. I need a domestic attorney, I dont have much funds, she has taken everything and left me in a poor financial state. Can someone recommend an attorney.....
