I’ve heard that they can however they are responsible for providing you a place to live in while the repairs are being made is that true? I am a Registered Nurse and have worked continuously as a RN in the Phoenix area for 37 years. This year a requirement for proof of citizenship is required. I have my Certified birth Certificate but it is not acceptable by the State Board of Nursing because my first and middle names are reversed from what the Arizona State Board of Nursing have on file. The only documentation I received to verify the change was my social security card. I am a Medicare Benificiary and I receive Social Security Benefits. I have been researching the accepted lists for proof of citizenship and find that Arizona states if you have been accepted into the Medicare program no other proof of citizenship is required. I have been a Medicare Benificiary since I was 65, a total of 6 years. However, the Arizona State Board of Nursing lists do not include enrollment in Medicare as proof of Citizenship. What can I do to prove I am a United States Citizen?

My daughter recently move to tucson to attend college. The apt complex was supposedly wifi ready, but the previous tenant in her unit apparently damaged the wiring to the point of a very costly repair, which the complex manager told her `they did the best they could', but it would cost too much to fix, and basically, tough luck. She now has to rely on using data (expensive!) and they are not offering to cover that cost. If the other units in the complex have access to this service, isnt she legally entitle to it as well?

I have a signed lease agreement with two other undergrad college students. One has vacated the property and has requested that the Landlord approve a sub-lease. There is a modification clause stating that all party's must approve in writing any changes to the lease. Can the other roommate and the Landlord move anyone they want into the residence without the approval of the other two that are remaining? There is a sub-lease clause as well stating that a sub-lease may be granted with the approval of the Landlord.
