For the last 2 months, after a company bought the complex I'm living in, have endless cut down trees, no warning, all day every day other than the weekends. Because of that, rats have now started entering our apartments and taken up residence in our walls. It took them a month to come and repair holes where the rats were entering and the endless noise has made living here stressful. What is their rights as the owners of the complex and how much noise and inconvience they are causing everyone living here?

The police will not arrest this person and I have called them several times after physical confritations they say his word against mine no witnesses. I want him gone evicted or something. I can't seem to stop the police from telling him that he has tenant rights. He has caused multiple damages to my house and my property outside. I have lived and worked in AZ since July 2009. My Ex-wife has not lived in CA. for over 8 years. She is the custodial parent of my 2 boys, one is 19 and the other is 17. I have a child support case in CA and they just garnished my wages and when I called them to transfer my case to AZ. They told me that I couldn't and that they had to transfer it to the custoodial parent's state. Well, I think she lives in Texas, but I have no contact with her or my boys. So, what I need to know is what do I have to do to get my case transfered out of CA. So, that I can do a modify my child support amount.
