  • I live out of the US but I have a misdemeanor warrant for my arrest in Yuma County. I want to quash the warrant so that I can freely pass into the country and appear before the court to address the charges on my own account. Is there a way to go about this by doing it myself?
  • I signed my lease when I was 17 years old and I turned 18 a month later. I signed with no co-signer and I was wondering if it is possible for me to void my lease because I initially signed when I was 17 but I'm 18 now.

I understand the expungement and set aside concepts but if a background check still shows a felony even though it was dropped to a misdemeanor and set aside what do we have to do to get it to show accurately and display the conviction as a misdemeanor? Whats the point if getting it dropped and set aside if it shows a felony?

Creditors are coming after me for the debts because he didn't pay them and 1 creditor is suing me, I answered the complaint and they filed a motion for a judgement and I have to answer in 10 days.   • So, for the first year of my son's life, I lived with my mother while raising my son.Now he's 2 and he has only lived with me... and the father is not on the birth certificate.The fathers parents see my son when I can bring him... He says its because my work history wasnt accurate and that this broke the contract I signed. They refund my down payment and want to force me to spend it with them.What can I do?
  • I applied for food stamps and cash assistance on 11/16/15 and was approved for foodstamps and have already received them. However, the cash assistance is still pending. I understand it can take up to 45 days for them to make a decision but my question is if it is approved will the backdate the cash assistance to the date of application or will it become effective the 1st of the month after approval?
