  • I've been married for 10 yrs,all of which I have been a homemaker.My spouse and I have 2 kids one is disabled.Since separating he has tried to control me with money,only giving me $150 biweekly which I am to support the kids on.I have filed for divorce and am awaiting our hearing for temporary orders.Before I left I paid the bills as I usually did.But he then took over our joint account where he let checks bounce.One I was turned into county attorney for.They are now on me to pay it.I have 0 income barely feeding kids it was his bill for home.Can I legally withdraw $ from jnt acct to pay this?
  • I live in senior 62 Sec. 42 tax credit property. I have heard the landlord is money oriented and anti-social towards people. I was a real estate agent and specialized in apartment building sales. I have been threatened with immediate eviction for bogus lies, that I had nothing to do with. I looked up the company on az courts. there is nothing since an unlawful detainer in snowflake in 2009. they are in several cities around the state, but based in Idaho. I have heard that they just throw people out of the property. they must have accomplices. one of the owners sits on the town council
  • My packages go straight to the office at my apartments everyone's does. Why do they have to take pictures of my packages big or tiny before they let me have them. And then I have to sign for them. They are not the post office. I don't want pictures taken.

She may not catch all items until after 2/1/08 when she is cleaning, etc. Is this true that she can go back after our final walkthru and find things without us being there and after the fact?
