My sons father has contacted me wanting to see my 13 yr old son after no contact in 10 years. He has a bad criminal history. The last custody order 6 yrs ago said he could have supervised visits with his paternal gramma every other weekend overnight & phone contact when it coincides with my sons schedule. He didn't ever show up for ANY visits or even call. I have agreed to phone contact between them for a few weeks then supervised visits. How long should that last? He wanted to call everyday but I don't want him calling so much. Is asking him to call every other day okay? What are my options?

I’m a college student and was renting a room in a 3 bedroom apartment during the semester. My lease ends June 30th, but with COVID, I was out of work and had to move back home. I haven’t been at the apartment since probably the middle of February. I turned my keys in and gave 60 days notice/ lease termination contract. I can’t file for hardship due to unemployment because my parents are guarantors. I understand I might have to finish paying my rent (leasing agreement) but is there anything I can do since I have not been there in over 4 months? I had to move back home (Flagstaff to Mesa)

My daughters father is in jail for a non child support related offense. His payments have been little to none for months and the last 3 weeks I have been getting a very small portion of his unemployment. It hasn't been adding up to what he is to pay each month. My question being- if a bond is posted does that automatically get put towards his unpaid child support? And if its not automatically shuffled toward it what are the options I have to make it so, if any?

My 5 year old niece is currently in CPS custoday for the 3rd time, in AZ. I am in Florida. She has been placed with friends of the mothers who do not have a foster license. Both the mother and father have said they want to sign away their parental rights and have me adopt my niece. They know they can never properly care for her and I can. If they tell CPS that they want to terminate their rights and give me permanent legal guardianship until I can adopt her what is the process? How long will it take to get her out of foster care and into my home? Not the actual adoption, just being placed here
