I have had my brother in law and his wife here at my residence that I am renting for seven months. They were told repeated times to start paying a specific amount of money a month and ignored my requests. They chose not to sign a written agreement and still refuse to pay. They are not on the lease either. I want to know if I have grounds to give them a 5 or 30 day notice to vacate. And if I can mail it, as they are staying with someone else for a couple months, or if I have to hand it to them personally. Thank you

This question does not exactly have to do with car accidents, though the situation arose from one.I cannot find adivse on this anywhere-A chiropracter placed a medical lein when someone rear ended me.The insurance company should have paid, chiropracter cooresponded with them 2yrs later which was past the statute of limitations and I guess just dropped it.This was 2002.The lein now sits at the county recorder and cannot be revoked unless by the Dr. who no longer practices. This is now interfering with my house buying process.I have called everywhere and get nothing but brick walls. Please help

Can I get an anulment instead of a divorce?
-
My husband got a divorce in AZ to his ex. She remarried military so they move quite often. The youngest child (both in mothers care) is now living in a different state than her mother and is not emancipated or 18 yet. She is either living with her step-dad (against divorce agreement) or own her own. What steps need to be taken to enforce mother's responsibilty of child custody? Dad has custodial custody currently but the child went to live with her mother due to domestic violence towards me. Mom is in WI and child is in NC. Any help would be greatly appreciated to straighten out this issue.

I signed a lease for a house and the management company is acting very irresponsible and lackadaisical. I have not put any money down on the house because I was told that I would be set up in the computer to pay. My question is can I legally get out of this lease? It is due to start July 1. I need a management company that is going to be just as responsible as I am required to be and I am getting really bad feelings about this company. Thanks for your help! :) Kristin
