I have let my mother live in my residence that I owed with my Father, her ex-husband. He has since past. She is always late on the rent and does not take care of the yard, and smokes in the house. I don't have a lease agreement and I want her out of the house. I am cleaning up his estate and acquiring a loan to fix up the place. How can I legally do this to get her out of the house since I have no signed lease agreement. She is either late or short on the rent at least 3 times in the last year.

Currently paying a ridiculous amount of rent (~$1500 after utilities) for a an apartment home whose complex offers a community Pool as one of the amenities in the Lease. Recently, the Corporate office locked down all amenities completely despite the upcoming heat of the summer. It’s been 95+ degrees outside, and they refuse to open the pool even for a LIMITED pool hour for kids and seniors— is this legal? Does it break the lease? Can I withhold about $200 in rent since all amenities have been locked? Thanks in advance -concerned mama

I WAS CHARGED WITH A FELONY IN AZ WHICH WAS DISMISSED AFTER SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING THE TASC PROGRAM. THE FELONY 4 IS NARCOTIC POSSESION. HOWEVER, I WAS ATTEMPTING TO FILL A FRAUDULENT PRESCRIPTION AND WAS NOT HOLDING ANY NARCOTICS WHEN I WAS ARRESTED. WAS I CHARGED PROPERLY? HOW CAN I CLEAR THIS ARREST FROM MY RECORD?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I recently had a class 6 undesignated felony reduced to a misdemeanor. It still shows up as a felony on a background check, who do i submit copies of the order reducing it to a misdemeanor in order to get it off my background?

Can I purchase a new car using my husbands income to qualify for the loan without his name being on the loan application ? The dealership is calling it family income and says I can do it. I think it's illegal maybe even fraud and really don't want to do it. Is it illegal for the dealer to encourage me to use his income for my benefit without his knowledge?

My boyfriend and I moved here to arizona with them, as grandma bought a mobile home with an Arizona room on some land, when she bought the house we all still lived in Iowa. I had a everything already set up there, but they "invited" us to come with them. They found out on Thursday that I was excepted for a job, and now on Friday it's all of a sudden illegal to live in an Arizona room "according to Arizona law". Is how she put it. My question is how true is this, and why wouldn't she know about this when they bought the house? I feel like I was jeopardized into coming out here.

After a 24 hour eviction can you receive your rent or deposit back?

My property manager who does Not have a real estate license in AZ. has given me a 30 day notice and claims it came from the owner but she refuses to give me any number or way to speak to the owner about what is going on. Do I have a right to speak to the owner since she is claiming he is the one who told her to give me the notice.
