Last night I rented a room at the Friendship Inn and paid for 4 nights. The room was filthy. In the middle of the night I saw every species of insect know to man walking around. I have checked out, but they refused to give me back the rest of the money for the unused nights. What can I do?

I was arrested in Pima County for a domestic argument. No charges were filed. I also had a DUI arrest and served a week's jail time. Can these records be expunged, and can fingerprint records be removed?

My landlord gave us more than a 48 hours notice to do a building/maintenance inspection for either the 21st or the 22nd. They showed up on the 23rd and I was told that they already gave me notice and that because it took longer than expected it just rolled over to the next day. I received no notice that it was rolling over to the next day and she even said that she didn't have to give that kind of notice because I got one about them showing up on the 21st and 22nd

When my husband and I were in the process of being approved for an apartment we were told that we each needed to prove that we had income. My husbands income was enough to cover the requirments, but I needed to have income in case my husband left me. We were able to get into the apartment because I have a very small income from working at home. I am worried that this will come up again when we move to a new apartment. Is this discrimination against families with stay-at-home moms?

The Judge attributed $10,000.00 more to my yearly salary and $4000.00 less to my ex wife's salary. She made this decision out of court so I didnt have a chance to argue. I submitted my last 3 years W-2's as did my ex. I didnt make what the judge said I made, but she made her decision. How do I get my child report to reflect what our real salaries are and base the payments off of the correct amounts?

I recently moved to Arizona from Oregon. I tried to be seen by a local internist and was refused service without an explanation. I have no conditions which could make me a concern. I asked the office for their evaluation criteria and they would not provide it. If they are going to refuse service, they should at least state the grounds for doing so.

Me and my boyfriend got an apartment together; it was $50 more than he wanted to pay. I said I would pay the $50 extra for every month that the apartment cost up front. I gave him $300 up front and told him if we were still together after 6 months I would give him the next 6 months in advance. He kicked me out but won't give me my money back. He says that I'm extorting him for money that belongs to him. I only lived there for one week, paid 1/2 of everything to move in, $25 app fee, $100 deposit, $240 which was half of the first months rent. I am just asking for the $300 back. He says it his & me asking for it back & making him pay it back is extortion. What are my rights?
