My wife's neice has died. She has a 4 year old daughter that is staying with her great grandma. The father, the grandma and other family members are not eligible for custody. My apartment , for the 5th time this year, as left a piece of paper outside my door with an open-ended notice of water being shut off for repairs. After about 5 hours, I've called for an update and they just say they don't know when it will be done. Is it within their rights to leave open-ended notices, not even in person, of utilities being cut? Do i have any rights in this matter as a paying tenant with a 5 month old who works from home?

I have resigned my job due to health issues, relocating to the east coast to live with family, and can not make my house payment, willing to surrender the house to Bank for short sale, or whatever they want to do. How do I start this process. The house will not sell for what I owe the bank, negative equity situation.

My child is almost 6 months old, the father left when I was 9 weeks pregnant and has never expressed interest in our child (not wanting to see our child, not asking questions about our child, and not helping with support). He is not on the birth certificate and we haven't done paternity and he had agreed to terminating his rights when my child was born. Can I get his rights severed based on abandonment? Do I have a good case for severing his rights?

So the father of my two children has been given the amount of 549 for a court order child support he is only depositing 300 or 200 I would like to have his employer remove the funds from his check how can I do that? Also he is not working under his legal name ?
