I was convicted of a non dangerous sex offense back in 1984. Was a level 1 till I got convicted of failure to register in 2001. That changed my level 2. I dont understand, since the original crime was non dangerous and the second felony was a technical crime, that now I am dangerous. Is there any hope for any of the non-dangerous sex offenders getting off the registery? This would open time and money to monitor the actual dangerous sex offenders.

I had a job as a property manager which one of the perks was a free apartment. I was arrested off property for an non-work related reason. I spent four days in jail. The charges were later dropped. When I returned from jail, I was fired and locked out of my apartment. I believe it was wrongful termination, but that's another matter. My question is even though I was an employee, am I still not covered under the Arizona Landlord/Tenant Act? I think I should have had a 10 day Notice to Vacate.

The original husband is a Veteran and although I might not be eligible for benefits because I left 9 years ago, I need to know if I can still apply for benefits being currently married. Does this 2 month marriage exist?

I am worried that because I have not made the payments through the system that they are not going to count. How can I make sure what I have already paid and what I will be paying will be counted if she takes me to court? I have a girlfriend now and I believe when she finds out that is where we will end up.
