QUESTIONS

  • Removing personal belongings from my residence?
  • Under what legal authority does the father (never married) of my 6 year old, who has been deemed unsuitable for joint custody & has yet been able to abide by basic court appointed supervised visitation guidelines, have to continually bring me to court with neglectful parenting allegations, which are always dropped &, coincidentally, decided that he is the perpetrator in each case? Furthermore, as victim to his court declared domestic abuse (physical/metal), how is it that I am being required to be in contact with the perpetrating father, or at risk of losing my son due to parental alienation?
  • My ex wife filed for an order of protection from me, stating that I had committed acts of domestic violence against her and my children. She filed for it on Sept. 11, 2019 and said that the domestic violence had taken place within the past year. I had been 1500 miles away in the state of WA since 12/27/2017. Had not stepped foot in the state of AZ for almost two years. I have NEVER harmed my ex, nor our children, I have never made threats to hurt them, I don't even spank my children. This has torn my life apart. Is there any legal recourse for her lying, and keeping me from our kids?
  • If the state does not object to my application to vacate judgment of guilt and restore my civil rights and right to possess a firearm does this mean I have my rights back
  • My husband and I have been married 45 years. 4 years ago my step-daughter took him to live with her in Las Cruces, NM. She has isolated him from me, I haven't spoken to him for 3 1/2 years. Recently, she has been taking the $1200 per month that goes directly into an account set up for me. My husband's name is on it but I have received this money for 5 years because this was our arrangement. I think he is not capable of making his own decisions and she is exploiting him. She or someone cleared out his CDs of $50,000. Is there any legal action I can take to cover myself?
  • what do I need to do to get a misdemeanor off my record from 25 years ago?
  • There is a court order in place for my ex-husband's parents to have monthly visitation with our children. My ex-husband is in prison and the grandparents (his parents) have not exercised their visitation for over 1 year. I show up with the kids every month at the court ordered meeting place and they never show. Do I have to keep going? Do I have to file and pay to officially cancel this visitation or by them not showing up for over a year does this cancel it? If so, what do I file?
  • If someone puts an order of protection or a restraining order against me, it is good for 1 year from service. But how long after does it stay on my personal file.
  • if me and my husband r not together no longer dose he have to help me with my bills and we both owe the house we r not diverse
  • My fiancee moved to Wisconsin (where we currently reside) three years ago. Shortly after arriving here, his ex girlfriend in Tuscon claimed she was pregnant with his child. She wanted him to pay child support that she decided without him signing the birth certificate and without a paternity test. He desperately wants to see if she is the father but she refuses to participate. Is there any legal way to force her to cooperate? Is he legally obligated to pay child support without being on the birth certificate if it is her fault he is not able to see the child?
