my ex and my child live in germany, we have a german visitation agreement but she cut all contact and I didn`t see my child for a long time. What can I do?

My son was born in Arizona and we moved to Colorado. He has an AZ birth certificate. We have done a paternity test and have determined that the father listed is not correct. We have also had his last name changed. How do I get a birth certificate with his correct last name and father?

the landlord was notified that our cooler wasn't working and has still done nothinbg. for two weeks we had to sleep outside because the house was between 115 and 122 degrees inside. now they say the cooler is fine pay the rent. what can i do?

I own 2 mobile homes in a mobile home park. One of them I live in and the other I bought and was fixing it up and was going to make plans on what to do with it. I got behind on lot rent on the other place by a month and before the next month they had me in court evicting me. In a week after that that they broke into the place and changed the locks. Within the month the sold it and I am the owner and have a title. I was in process of trying to sell it so I could pay the back rent and make some money back on it. Never given any notice that this was there intent. What do I do too stop this.

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I Have a property than I want to sell, the renter does not want to purchase the home. This renter put in new stove, frig, dishwasher, microwave. When I ask them to leave can I legal have them replace all the prior items? They also did improvements with out written approval, and they are demanding compensation. How do I protect myself?
