My daughter has custody the grandchildren. She is a drug addict/alcoholic. She has struggled with her addictions for years and once again losing battle. The children's father is in the military, stationed in WA. How can he ask for custody?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I was influenced to redo a Secondary motor vehicle finance transaction. A rep from the office called and urged me to go in, cash out on my loan, and do another one. I told them I no longer own the vehicle and they said it's okay and come in anyways. I am now being sued for defaulting on the loan but I was wondering if I could fight it? The contract was signed under false pretenses.

Our lease is not up for 3 months. We bought a house and know we are responsible for rent till end of lease. My property manager has been aware for a month and a half that we were moving out and also I gave her permission to try to rent it and she has not put it back on rental market. I know rhey are supposed to try to re rent it just wanted to know if there was any guidelines on how long they have to try to get it rented again?

If i am renting to own my trailer and i have any maintenance problems am i responsible for paying for the repairs or is the manager responsible for them?

my husband is in prision for domestic violence agg/assault on me. in his divorce papers he is wanting his 6 yoa son to have maditory visit every other weekend . I do not feel this is reasonable and should not be his choice. Is there a law pertaing to this.
