My first year lease is ready to renew and my rental company is demanding that I get $100,000 in rental insurance that only covers damage to the house, not any of my property. Is this legal? Doesn't the homeowner have insurance on their property? Didn't my rental deposit cover any damages I might incur? Thank you for your help.

What recourse do you have when a judge (new /inexperienced) makes a horrible nonsensical decision on child support payments, arrears in support, health insurance responsibility, massive medical bill responsibility, and all issues went against the custodial mother all responsibility was placed on the mother and no consequences were bestowed upon the dead beat father whatsoever ( the fact that no support had been paid for an entire year not medical bills either was ignored by the judge). The judge ignored the proof the attorney presented and sided with the dead beat. No support continues to date

I used to work for the park I live in,they paid my rent. I was let go mid month, i contacted the managers boss,On November 2nd. the manager mailed out a 7-day eviction notice to me for non-payment of rent. I am awaiting disability to come in,i can only work 20hrs. max a week. I was not given any time to set-up a payment plan as others here have been able to do. The manager locks the door when she see's me coming to her office. I own the trailer but rent the spot. The eviction notice was not signed by anyone. Is this a Legal notice? I feel this is Retaliation!! what can I do ??
