I am contacting you on behalf of a close friend. She is disabled and had two children one of which are disabled. She has a USDA loan on her home.(Nov.21st 2010) She made all of her payments on the first of the month when her disability check was deposited. Then in October of 2014 she called to make her payment and they would not accept it. Instead they told her that her home was in foreclosure. She has since tried every month to make her payment but they will not take it. I would greatly appreciate any help or advise. Thank you.

My father has become unable to live independently. He has no estate, nothing of value-only his 1440 SS monthly income. He has 7000$ in credit card debt as well as 4000$ in medical bills. I am looking into placing him in an assisted living or nursing home as it's too difficult for us as a family. My question is -how do I absolve his debt? Chase calls MY home phone daily-despite my discussing the situation with them, as well as the medical bill.

We own a mobile home in a park. We have a lady that wants to buy our mobile. She paid a fee to start the application process to be approved for lease in the park. She passed the criminal/credit portion but they needed a note from her doctor regarding a waiver for her service dogs being over 25 lbs. Her doctor signed the form and she took it into the office. Then they told her they were wrong and it had to be mailed to the doctor's office by the park. We are over two weeks waiting on an approval and they told us they don't know when they will have an answer. Is there a time limit on approval.

This scam is of a different nature. A seemingly nice looking man contacted me on Myspace with all the sweet words, found I was living on SSI and offered me a job. The job was what caught my attention, and this job is posted elsewhere, to buy certain "materials list" of a particular printer, ink, software to print so called payroll checks. He also offered me a chance to buy stock into Midwesttextiles.com. I have all his info where he wanted me to send the money by Money Gram. He also wanted my acct number to pay me for my work. They would send the "materials list" to me if I would like to invest. Since this is of a different nature, do I report it to AZ Attorney General or US?

I am asking this question on behalf of my dear friend who is a senior and does not own a computer in which to ask this question. A year ago, my friends son bought a home in Youngtown, Arizona, for his mom 76 yrs of age and his dad who is 84 yrs of age, to live in until they die, rent free. Today he wants to evict them. What can they do? Do they have any rights? What are AZ laws regarding unwritten tenancy agreements?
