what has to go through probate court after death of a spouse when everything is in my name too

I call the cops on my boyfriend and I lied to them saying that my boyfriend hit me and he did not he is now in jail how do I correct this. It all started because he brought some female car to our house to do oil change. I started the argument and the fight I threw chair at him he blocked it where it came back and hit me in arm.

I have been living in the residence of my 8 year old daughters father's home for the past 2.5 years. During our child custody proceeding I voluntarily decided to pay 700 for child support. When I moved back into the residence we verbally came to an agreement that instead of having the child support reduced, that would be my portion of the rent. I have decided to file motion for joint custody of my child and the father is threatening to evict me. Since there was no lease agreement drawn up an only a verbal agreement in regards to the child support paid as rent can I be evicted? Can I appeal?

I have a home that my son is living in. No lease. He hasn't paid rent or utilities and I'm paying everything. I have been telling him to move, but he won't. What can I do to make him move?

I am not sure if this is the correct category but. Here it goes. I moved into a house with a shared well for 5 properties. One house is not built still. When w moved in we were paying into the well fund. We wanted to see the account and they refused so we stopped paying. We asked the neighbors and they said not to because no one was and when the current well fund was gone we would start a new one. The other three houses lived there for 3 years before us. When the now well fund was started they said we owed back payments for 30 months at 50 a month. I did pay 800 of it

I am seeking to obtain temporary emergency orders. I understand I need to file a summons, complaint (petition) and request for temp.orders....however I'm not sure once those are filed what I need to do. Are there additional forms required?

Myself and my 5 sons were on AHCCCS but I canceled when I got married. Well now my husband and I are separated and I'm on SSI no other income. Can I re qualify for myself and my 5 sons or at least my 5 sons even if I'm still legally married?

I made a huge mistake by cosigning on a car loan for a girlfriend back on 09/15/08. She only made 9 payments on the vehicle then let it go back to the bank. It’s been almost 6-1/2 years since she made her last payment and now they’re coming after me, after all these years have gone by. I was told that Arizona Statute of Limitations A.R.S. § 47-2725 is four (4) years for auto loans. But their attorney is ignoring that and coming after me regardless. It's now October 2015 and they are coming after me for the loan amount + interest totaling $13,000 altogether. I'm retired and living solely on Social Security of $1,776 per month and two small pensions totaling $624 which = $2,400 per month. And I'm living with my daughter to make ends meet. Therefore I can't afford to pay theses people. I had an initial pre-trial conference on 10/8/15 and represented myself because I can’t afford an attorney. It was determined that there will be a trial on 12/14/15. I told the loan company in court “that I have no money and living on $2,400 per month and living with my daughter to make ends meet, and they’re still pursuing the trial date. My questions are: 1) Will the Arizona Statute of Limitations A.R.S. § 47-2725 four (4) years get me out of this mess completely? 2) I've been told and read online that Social Security income and Pensions “cannot be garnished”. Do you know if this is true? If it's true then I have nothing to worry about and won't need to file bankruptcy. 3) If I lose my case can I file bankruptcy on a judgement that's been awarded against me? 4) Can they levy / garnish my checking account where my Social Security checks and Pension checks are electronically deposited? I was evicted from my home that I own. Not the land. Was evicted because they said I had a unauthorized roommate and when I asked her to leave she called the police on me and said I pushed her. Both where lies. I haven't even been convicted of the crime. Now they say I can't sell my home unless I pay for lot fees that I owe them after the eviction. They refuse to take my money but then say I still have to pay lot fees. Can I sell my home and not pay these fees. She is telling buyers she can refuse to let them move in if I don't pay for the months I was not even living there.
