On 1/2/07 my husband was taken to court by his daughter's Mother for child support. He was ordered to pay the previous 3 yrs of arrears even though the mother had moved the child and had no contact with my husband for 8 yrs. In the paperwork, he was allowed to claim her 2 of every 3 yrs on taxes, but she will not give him the SSN# of the child. What can he do to obtain this information? I am sending this for my mother. My dad left her his retirement to her but nothing else. She has about $25,000 in credit card debt (they bought a vehicle using a credit card with a 2% interest)and has an income of about $4,277 including retirement, veterans benefits and ss. Everything was fine until ill health made it impossible for her to live alone. She sold her mobile home, put the $$ in savings and moved into a senior apartment. She has recently moved into a more expensive assisted care living. Her income is enough to pay her rent but we still have to pay her $600 a month credit cards bills that my dad left her with. My tenant who rents the back bedroom in my 2 bedroom mobile home has given me verbal notice of her intent to no longer honor our oral month to month rental agreement by ceasing to pay rent as of the 1st of the month; but when asked of her intended date to vacate the property she tells me I have to evict her with due process...even though she initiated the termination of our agreement and I accepted her termination. My main query here being...since she verbally informed me of her intent to cease paying rent and to vacate the property and I accepted her termination...do I have to evict her too?

How do I get my atlas number?

We had an 80/20 mortgage on our home. In Feb it was foreclosed on. The first lender shows as a foreclosure but the 2nd lender(chase) shows as a charge off. I was told that there is something in the state of AZ that requires both lenders to report it as a foreclosure. Is there a provision code that I can contact Chase with to have the reporting changed to Foreclosure? Thank you..

I'm being sued by Chase bank, for a credit card I had years ago, I received a summon's and was asked to prepare a answer.My question is, I'm classified as SMI (serious mentally Ill)I'm Bi polar, have extreme anxiety issues and depression.
