Okay, my daughter is 37 years old. Married and is there a chance to end the child support as it's been deducted from my check for along as I've been employed. Over 30 years. I know there were arrears but isn't there something one can do as it prevents jobs, loans etc. Rudy

I have a tenant in my home and they are moving out In September when there lease is up, so I have decided to sell my home and put it up on the market wirh my realtor. I have informed them of what Im going to do. My realtor has called me and informed me that my tenants will not allow her to do open house, or have realtors comevin and show the house. I have a witness that has offered to testify at my criminal trial. I believe he will show up. Do I have to subpoena him to make sure the prosecutor doesn't try to disallow his testimony? Since I am representing myself, if I am required to subpoena him, do I request the subpoena through the court clerk in Gilbert?

I am 21 years old, pregnant and have a 8 month old baby. I pay rent, but have no job and i am receiving food stamps monthly with cash assistance for 3 months. My 3 month period ends this July. I want to apply for monthly cash assistance so my question is : if my baby's father gives me $60 a week would I still need to put him under child support in order to receive cash assistance? I rent a house and the contract will expired on 01/31/2020. On 01/03/2020 I gave the tenants a notice to NOT renew the lease agreement and advised them to have the property vacated by 02/05/2020. The tenants now said they don't wanna moved out because they have been paying the rent and I will caused them changes and stress to their kids... what should I do? I need to sell that house. Am I doing this wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello my son is 3 years old. A year ago hisfather left we chose to be civil and not go to court. I am now going into the airforce and letting his father and my family care for him. I am scared his father will keep him instead of sticking to the plan we made. Can I give temporary guardianship to someone I trust?

My husband and I own our property and are building a house. We live in an r v on property in the meantime. A person who wants our property is calling in complaints to the county and now we are being evicted we also have to take all buildings down and have everything removed or they will charge us 2250 a day until it's cleared. Is that legal we can't afford to leave and have no place to go.
