  • I have sent two emails to my landlord and a letter with rent asking for a leak to be repaired. I have not received a call or email back to schedule the repair. I know the letter was received because rent was cashed. What options do I have to get the leak repaired?
  • My ex-girlfirend attacked me with a crow bar and split open the back of my head and when I called the police they were trying to make it seem like I was the one who had done something wrong can I go to the police station on my own and file a report there?   • We are told a new law became effective in Jan. which requires changes to the Trust having to do with notifying beneficiaries every year of the amount of the estate and their inheritance. Is it true? The lawyer wants the full price of the trust to amend it. Can I find the law on the Internet? Is it boilerplate and easily done without using that same lawyer? Please direct me.
