  • my live in boyfriend of three years was removed from my home which i own with pfa order. if the pfa is overturned at the hearing will he be able to move back in. he has threatened my life in the past.

Full: I have been a tenant for 4 years at the residence. My lease expired July 13, 2018. We did not renew the lease this year, so I've been paying month-to-month. I got a new out of state job and scheduled the movers for July 13. She suddenly sent me a text message on May 30 to vacate by July 1. She did not give me notice that she was looking for a new tenant. I have never been late or delinquent on rent payment. What are my legal options?

  • I rented a home in December 2010. At the time it had no cooling of any kind except ceiling fans. Landlord said at time she took out window A/C 's because previous tentans did not take care of them. Can I break a 1 year lease for lack of cooling if she doesnt put some A/C units in?
  • My sister began occupying my fathers house when he became incapacitated. Unfortunately he has since passed away (11 mos. since she moved in there, which she said was supposed to be temporary). I am the trustee, she is to receive 1/4 of the estate once it's settled. However, she hasnt worked in 3 years, has no desire or attempted to either....she says she isn't going to move out. and says we cant kick her out.
