Question: paid application fee (30.00), and was approved during special of 99.00 per month advertisement. Contacted mgmt, then was told there was nothing available, requested return of 30.00 app fee (denied)told non-refundable. How can they take a app or a fee if nothing is available. When lot came available, because of timing had no choice but to take, but we were told rent was now 295.00 instead of 99.00 even after being approved at special offering but nothing available. Do I have any recourse, and now 7 months later 99.00 special is available. Any Help would be great. thanks for the help

Question: I have owned my mobile home since I purchased it with cash in 1996 and have resided in the same mobile park where I rent the land since that time as well. The landlord has now changed the rules and no longer allows pets. I am wondering if this is legal considering I own my home and just rent the land. ord should have no say in the matter. I am wondering though if it is legal for the park to tell me what I can do in my own home as far as having a pet. Thank you.

Question: I am the manager of an RV park, I have several tenants who are past due on their rent and utilities. What action can I take to have them remove their trailer and vacate the park? They have been asked to vacate, but they do not. As far as I'm concerned they are trespassing. I also would like to lock the electricity because they have not paid their electric in months and I'm having to pay APS for their usage.

Question: ive received court papers for an eviction. i own the MH but rent the lot. i am a disabled combat veteran. i heard there is a law stating that as a veteran i would be given 90days before i could actually be evicted from my home. is this true? Question: If I believe my tenants have skipped and they are not claiming certifiied mail which is sent to them at the property address, may we enter the property after posting to the front of the residence the 48Hr Notice to Enter and Inspect? This notice was mailed first class and Certified mail return receipt along with being posted . This action was outlined in the tenants Residental Lease Agreement for us to have the right to inspect after giving notice. Are we safe to enter?

Question: My husband and I are renting a mobile home space. The mobile home mortgage lien holder is telling us we have to vacate if the mortgage is not paid. The purchaser of the mortgage is past due. We have no responsibility over the mortgage only the space rental. How are we able to get out of the rental space contract if we have to vacate under these circumstances? The purchaser is not in communication with the lien holder and has not made any response. We have been in good credit with the space rental/landowner payments to date.
