QUESTIONS

  • I am currently active duty 19 years. Divorced 2 years ago. Spouse is eligible for a share of my retirement. However the decree states I must begin to pay her share of my retirement beginning the month I am eligible to retire. It was based of a % share. No lawyer or my military office can give me how much that share is in dollars they tell me they will know when I retire. How can I pay her monthly when no one knows the amount until I retire? Is it even Legal that I have to pay her retirement if I haven’t retired? Did I not get good representation?

Now maybe another 3 weeks the roof tile collapsed again, the ac drain is not operating and ac is not blowing cold. The water the ac is leaking has a yellow tint to it. From what ive researched thats an indication of the freon leaking inside the dwelling.moretoadd!

  • I am being charged a fee of $480.00 by a satellite company for cancellation of TV after only 2 weeks of use. I cannot pay $480 and they will not accept $200, nor any kind of monthly payment. I was not aware of any cancellation fee nor did they mention it when ordering. They have been intractable and uncooperative in aiding me. What can I do? I have talked to multiple reps.All have been totally unresponsive.
