My landlord won’t delay my move out date. I was set to move April 30th but I need to a few more days due to the virus. What can I do since I’ve been denied?

My roommate flaked out on me and I need to pay a termination fee for the apartment. We are both signed on the lease but I need to know if my roommate is also responsible to split the termination fee and if so, what if my roommate refuses? Will she be responsible for paying her part? The termination fee is four months of rent and I am able to pay two (half) of the overall fee. My landlords said if she won't pay her part, it will be sent to collections and they will also require me to pay the remaining balance if she doesn't.

If the landlord says there was illegal activities were occurring but has no proof, can they give you an immediate eviction notice without reasonable cause or without going to court?

Hello I own my Mobile home with a clean title but rent the space. I have been in the same park for four years. I am under a written month to month rental agreement that I signed in November of 2016. There is no expiration date on the rental agreement nor has it been terminated. New management has taken over and are treating all tenants as holdover. Since a month to month tenancy is self renewing, doesn't new management have to terminate the existing rental agreement before I am considered a holdover tenant? Further, they have issued a 14/30 cure quit notice on the demand to sign a lease.

my daugther is a 14 yr old runaway she is with a 16 yr old and his mother is aware of this. i recently had order of protection papers served to his mother, but they will not surrender my daughter she is still staying there with them. what shall i do to get her back. is there a form i can fill out and take to court that will say surrender 1 week or less, what should i do. please help! thanks

My mother is 85 and being treated by a naturopathic doctor. My sister and I are concerned that the care she is getting is harming her overall health. We have contacted the Naturopathic Physician Medical Board to file a complaint. They are willing to move forward and subpoena her medical records for review. The problem is that they say there is no way to keep this physician from mentioning it to our mother. We feel that our mother puts an abnormal amount of "faith" in this physician and that she has been, for lack of a better word, "brainwashed" into believing that he can do no harm. We want to proceed without fear that he will convince my mother that we are "the bad guys." What do we need to do to proceed without fear that he will discuss this with our mother? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

We paid them 2,800 dollars and they acted very legitiment until I tried to get in touch with them a week ago. I found out through the California and Arizona policy that they are indeed frauds.
