I have been convicted of a DUI, which occurred in 2010. This is my first DUI and I have never had problems with the law ever before, nor since. I have been given 180 days in jail, or go to class and pay fines of about $2500.00, and nine days in jail. I do not currently have a job, but will find work after the nine days in jail. I do not have any funds at this time. I suffer from panic attacks and I am a member of CODAC Behavioral Health. I want to attend classes and complete the program. How can I avoid the 180 days in jail, as I have no funds?

I have two kids with my ex girlfriend. We are no longer together. I make a transfer each week to her account in the same amount. We never went to court. Would she be able to say that this wasnt child support money when we do go to court?

I have a student loan from 1979, (GSL/private type student loan), that I had to stop making payments on. The loan was sold and collections activity has resumed from Navient. The contract states that the loan is cancelled upon death or disability. Can Navient sue me for repayment -take my car etc? Thank you.

My fiancé and I moved out of our apartment at the end of December 2013 and just not received a cleaning fee. It's been a year and 5 months. After we moved out we went back 2 months and asked if we owed money and they said no. Now we get cleaning fee year and a half later. Can they do that? Isn't there like time frame they have to bill me? Please help me thanks.

My toilet and shower are both not in working condition. Water is coming up out of the drain in my shower and my toilet ng is unable to flush. Is there a time limit for which the complex has to fix it? What do they have to do until they do fix it? What are my rights?

My husband has not followed through with the stipulations set forth in our divorce decree. We filed our divorce in Pinal county, but I now reside in Maricopa county, which county would I have to go through to get the standing court orders enforced?

I was never married to my sons biological father who happens to be an illegal immigrant. Paternity and child support have been established by the court and I have sole legal custody. The Order states that father is not to pick up child from daycare. How do I enforce this?
