I currently have joint custody of my children in which I have them 50% of the time. My ex-wife and I do not agree on which schools our children should attend, and our paperwork states that neither of us can make the final decision. An attorney had told me that if we have tried mediation with conciliation services (which we have tried), then the next step would be to file a motion for school determination. My question is: how do you go about doing that? I do not see forms that seem to pertain to this. Thanks!

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I was working as a health care worker and a patient didn't trust me because i was a new employee. So he made a big deal of everything making the environment difficult. I dont know whati did but he complained. My boss could have switched us out but he sent me back. He then says he could fire me and get my license took. I later find out that I resigned. I was an on call employee and he just stopped calling me in. No write ups, nothing. So i get a letter in the mail saying I quit. Do i have a case?

My employer provides hand written payroll checks every 2 weeks, however has never provided me with a paystub. In reading statutes, I was only able to find specific language regarding wage statements being required for electronic deposits. Annual statements are provided, however I have found discrepancies on these statements (amounts not matching checks received, pay dates missing from statements, pay dates listed on statement that weren't actually pay dates, incorrect taxes withheld). I have requested regular pay stubs, but they will not provide them. What can I do?
