My landlord has 3 apt rentals and I rent a spot for my 5th wheel. The s septic tank needed to be dug up and My trailer was moved. He hasn't finished the job and my trailer is not level and my large font porch is not put back together. The yard is still all dug up. Can he leave it like that?

Can i deny court ordered visitation if my childs safety is a concern? ie. my children were victims of child abuse and they just informed me that the abuser has been living with their mother within the last few months and she has allowed this with my children there during her scheduled visitation. my younger child does not feel good about this arrangement and stated he was not comfortable being around this person and that the visitaions have been different. i feel that this is not in their best interest so therefore i did not allow the visitation.

My refrigerator has stopped working since Jan 27,2018 (Sat) I have made reports to the agent who is in control of the unit. She has informed me that they will have to buy a new fridge but has not given me any specific time line for when this fridge is to be bought n delivered. is the owner and employees of the park allowed to come on my lot at any point without my permission? I feel like I"m being targeted for unknown reasons as I"ve had someone come on my lot several times and we have caught them and they pretended they were "cutting" through to the other side.

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

We are schedule to move out on 1/31/08. Landlord has offer to have a mock walk thru on 1/24 to let us know of anything she notices that would need fixing. We are then having the final walkthru on 1/31/08. She may not catch all items until after 2/1/08 when she is cleaning, etc. Is this true that she can go back after our final walkthru and find things without us being there and after the fact?

While I was with my Mom at her boyfriend's house in CA, my friend and I walked in on them watching porn in the living room. They didn't hear us come in so she doesn't know that I know. I told my Dad and he is trying to decide how to handle this. I want to know (and so does my Dad) if this is reason enough for my Dad to get sole custody. Now they both have joint physical custody.
